那是因為我真的很累
但沒關係,累是個習慣。如果你敢說要追蹤自己人生的目標,自己想要比其他人更多成功的話,自己要願意睡少一點。
我很不喜歡聽到「時間不夠」這句話。
我們每一天都有24個小時,每個人都是一樣的時間限制。這就是看你要怎麼安排行程、運用時間。
不管是運動、讀書、旅行、音樂、YouTube、工作、家庭、養寵物,等等。自己要什麼,就是要負責任自己的時間安排。
睡眠可以抓差不多3-6小時,這樣你一天的時間還有18小時可以做事情。但有些人會說 「但我需要8-10小時睡眠才能過得了一天」。
這樣的話我會跟那些人說阿諾·施瓦辛格曾經說過得話:「那你們就是要睡快一點就好」。如果你們要成功的話,你們需要能夠接受放棄一些睡眠的時間。
Yes, I look tired because I AM tired. And that’s ok. Being tired is something you get used to if you want to be successful. If you wanna be more successful and better than the average Joe, you need to get used to being tired in your everyday life.
I absolutely HATE hearing the phrase “I don’t have the time”.
EVERY SINGLE PERSON in this world has the same 24 hours as you do. It’s not that you don’t have the time to do the things you want. You make the time to do the things you want.
Sleep 3-6 hours and you have minimum 18 hours left of your day. Some people will say “But I need 8-10 hours to function”.
For me, in this case I just tell those people what the great Arnold Schwarzenegger would say: “Then just sleep faster.”
If you wanna be successful you need to be willing to give up sleep for what you want.
